Meet Our Staff

Ryan is the General Manager of the Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian dealership and offers our clients more than 23 years of auto sales and management experience.  Ryan was born in Richmond, Va and after a few years in Virginia Beach, returned to Midlothian where he has lived since 1988. He is a James River High School and University of Richmond graduate.  Ryan has always lived, worked and supported the local Richmond/Midlothian community.  He has a passion for cars and enjoys working with people.

Ryan’s interests are spending time with his wife, daughter and son.  He enjoys attending their soccer games and joins his kids for Tae Kwon Do twice a week in their quest for their respective black belts this December.   He also enjoys fast cars, movies, and travelling with friends and family.

Jon Barker, our New Car Sales Manager, is proud to represent both the Mercedes-Benz brand and our dealership every day.  A Prince George, Virginia native, Jon moved to Midlothian in 2012 when he came to work here at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian and continues to live here in town with his wife.   Jon is a huge Manchester United fan and is always trying to catch their games, but his biggest passion is planning and going on trips with his wife.

Brian is one of our Finance Managers. He has over thirty years of Automotive Sales and Finance experience. Brian, originally from Massachusetts has lived and worked in the Richmond area for over 20 years. Brian is a huge Boston Bruins Fan who tries to watch most games when possible. Brian is also a big outdoorsman who enjoys backpacking, flyfishing and shooting sports. When Brian is away from the dealership he enjoys his hobbies and spending time with his wife and family.

With over four years of experience in the automotive industry, Martin brings a passion for helping clients find the perfect financial solutions to make their dream Mercedes-Benz a reality.  A proud Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Aerospace & Ocean Engineering, Martin combines strong attention to detail, and analytical precision with a customer-first approach in every interaction. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through workouts and following sports—especially soccer and tennis—and, of course, connecting with other car enthusiasts.

Wilder Hickman is the Service Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian and has over 17 years of automotive experience.  Wilder grew up in Fredericksburg, VA, but his passion for cars prompted a move to Houston, TX to train as an automotive technician.  Upon graduation, he was accepted into the Mercedes-Benz ELITE technician program and moved to Massachusetts for specialized training in MB vehicles and systems; he graduated as valedictorian.  Wilder has leveraged his years of technical experience to bring top-tier customer service to our Service Department.

Wilder’s interests are spending time with his wife and their animals.  He enjoys board games and spending time outdoors.

Josh was born and raised in Charlottesville and grew up in the automotive industry. Josh started as a detailer on the weekends and after school when he was 14. From there Josh worked his way up to the parts department and quickly fell in love with the Mercedes-Benz brand and their values.   Josh spent 2 years as assistant parts manager and the last 6 years as the parts manager.   Josh came to Mercedes Benz of Midlothian in 2024 to continue as the parts manager and support one of the greatest automotive brands.

In his free time Josh enjoys spending the weekends with my fiancée, watching movies and wrenching on big turbo diesel trucks.
