      As the General Manager for Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian,  Ron offers more than 26 years of auto sales (23 with Haynes Jeep Chrysler) and management experience including more than 3 years of Mercedes-Benz product knowledge and expertise.

     A graduate of Monacan High School, Ron has always lived, worked and supported the local Richmond community. He and his wife Blakley, three daughters and son, enjoy boating, skiing and playing with their dogs.

     Ron leads a highly acclaimed, certified technician staff who prides themselves on fixing the problem the first time.

     Born and raised in Richmond, Ron and his wife are the proud parents of four children. In his spare time Ron enjoys coaching youth baseball and celebrating his Lebanese heritage.

      John manages the Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian retail, service and wholesale Parts Departments. He offers his customers and staff more than 30 years of automotive parts experience, 25 of which with McGeorge Car Company.

      A graduate of nearby Huguenot High School, John has since earned his Mercedes-Benz Master Parts Certification.

     As a resident of his hometown of Richmond, Virginia, John enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 children, (3 boys, 3 girls) playing golf and tennis and riding his Harley    .

    Steven is AFIP Certified, Mercedes-Benz Standards of Excellence certified and is a Notary Public.

    Raised in Cary, North Carolina, Steven attended North Carolina State University and now lives in beautiful Midlothian, Virginia. Away from the dealership, you can usually find him out on the town with his wife Janet, on the beach in Myrtle Beach, S.C. or Outer Banks N.C. , golfing around Richmond, or playing the guitar.

    With more than 22 year of auto lending experience, Jay provides a wealth of experience and relationships with several lending institutions including Mercedes-Benz Financial. He is a Daimler Chrysler Business Manager  certified and a 12 year Inner-Circle member.

    Jay enjoys spending his free time with his wife Kim and two daughters in their Glen Allen home, or enjoying the outdoors together at Wintergreen, a local golf course or on the James River.

    Ralph graduated high school in East Orange, New Jersey, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. In addition to his customer relationships, Ralph enjoys music, traveling, and golf.

    Doug Mangas joined Mercedes-Benz of Richmond in 2004, the year the new, Midlothian location opened. He has more than 30 years of new and pre-owned automotive sales experience and knowledge.

    In 2008, he     earned Master Guild certification, Mercedes-Benz's highest award for product knowledge and sales. This award is given to only 160 national Mercedes-Benz sales professionals or managers.

    Additionally, Doug has won top dealership new car sales in the YES Program in 2007-2009.

    Originally from Buffalo, New York, Doug attended the University of Illinois and earned a BS in Business from Akron University. 

    He now resides in Glen Allen with his wife Maggie. Doug also has two adult children. He enjoys travel, landscaping, golf and attending Commonwealth Chapel.

     William, or Bill, Cochran recently joined the Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian sales team.

     He offers his growing customer base more than 35 years of sales and sales management experience and enjoys understanding complex products and teaching the benefits of those products to familiar and not-so-familiar clients.
     
     Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, Bill graduated with his bachelor of science degree from Lynchburg College and has since lived throughout the Commonwealth using his degree to help support his diverse sales career.

      Married to his wife Vicki for more than 40 years, Bill enjoys spending time with his growing family of three daughters, sons-in-law and 5 grandsons. When not enjoying his customers or family, Bill enjoys golf, exercise and travel.

      He offers nearly 30 years of auto industry sales experience including two years with Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. Originally from Washington D.C., Steve is a graduated from Arizona State University prior to beginning his career in the auto industry.

      When not spending time with his family of four children, he enjoys helping a customer find the vehicle that best suites their needs, playing golf and expanding his collection of model mini classic cars.

     A native of Narrows in Giles County, and graduate of NRCC-Dublin, Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife and son, fishing local rivers and golfing.

    She graduated from Rappahannock High School where she was the starting outfielder on their State Champion softball team. Sheri attended both Mary Washington and Virginia Commonwealth University, and has taught photography classes at the Rappahannock Community College.

     Outside of the dealership, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her three children, photography, coaching softball and is the publisher of Sportsman Magazine.

      In addition to his love for luxury vehicles, Jon is an aficionado of fine watches, tailored suits and world travel. He dreams of running with the bulls, finding the perfect martini and attending a LeMans Gran Prix race.

      A graduate of Prince George High School, Jon attended Richmond Bland College and is an active member of New Life Baptist Church.

    Originally from Harford County, Maryland, Pat, his wife and two sons now reside in Richmond where they enjoy fishing, hunting and the local shooting club.

     Nick Scola coordinated the launch of the all-new Sprinter Midlothian after leading McGeorge Car Company's marketing efforts the past four years. His current role involves raising awareness of the new Sprinter dealership's sales, parts and service departments and leading outside sales efforts.

     As the dealership's only Sprinter Outside Sales & Leasing Consultant, Nick is Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Product certified to educate and sell to a full-range of small, mid-size and fleet businesses.

     After earning his bachelors from Frostburg State University, Nick and his wife Cindy moved to the City of Richmond in 2000. He then received his masters degree in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006. Outside of the dealership, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, hiking the AT, skiing, canoeing the James and cheering on the VCU Rams and his hometown Philadelphia sport teams.

     Originally from Atlanta, Natalie now resides in Richmond with her husband, three sons and her dog Muffin. In her time away from the dealership, she enjoys spending time with her family and shopping.

     A native of Richmond, Virginia, Ryan is a graduate of nearby Manchester High School and has served 6 years in the Army Reserves. Away from the dealership, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, playing his guitar, mentoring youth from his church and watching live music.

     A native of Florence, Kentucky, Brian and his wife Jodi now live in Richmond with their son and daughter. When not at the dealership assisting customers, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and cheering on University of Kentucky Basketball.

         Throughout her 19 years in the automotive industry, Josephine has specialized in attaining top-level product knowledge evidenced by her Mercedes-Benz Master Certification as well as her Gold Certification with Chrysler.

      Originally from Whitehall, New York, Josephine attended Adirondack Community College, married her husband David and now they reside in Richmond. Away from work, Josephine enjoys spending time with her new granddaughter and family, cooking, interior decorating, sewing, gardening, bowling and fishing.
