Anthony is excited to reintroduce himself as he returns to Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian for his second chapter, beginning in July 2026. With nearly 10 years of automotive experience, his journey has come full circle, and he is honored to return to where it all began in his hometown of Midlothian, Virginia.

A proud graduate of Saint Paul’s College with a degree in Criminal Law & Criminal Justice, Anthony has had the opportunity to work alongside outstanding teams at some of the top-performing luxury dealerships in the DMV area. More than anything, he is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with his clients, colleagues, and community.

Anthony believes trust builds loyalty and that true success comes from helping others. Outside of work, he enjoys bike riding, nature walks, weight training, sports, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with his family.

TAREK started in the business as soon as he moved here from Egypt in 1991 . He started as a sales person at a Honda dealership in Richmond VA  and moved up the ranks until he reached a general manager position in the northern VA market. Back to Richmond in 2024 to start back as a sales person with Mercedes Benz of Midlothian. He loves the brand and is on his fourth Mercedes. In his spare time he spends time with his wife and has 2 grown daughters .golf and travelling are his favorite hobbies.

Born in Rochester, New York, and now proudly calling Richmond Virginia home since 2013, Carson is a passionate and driven 21 year old with a love for people, performance and powerful vehicles. A natural born singer with a heart for music and a voice that turns heads, Carson brings the same energy and emotion from stage to showroom. In the world of automotive sales, Carson has quickly made an impression over the past year, standing out not just for product knowledge but for an unwavering commitment to delivering the full Mercedes-Benz experience. Whether someone is coming in for a quick test drive or to find their dream vehicle, Carson treats every guest with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. These core values that define both the Mercedes-Benz brand and him personally. A lifelong Buffalo bills fan, Carson bring that same team spirit and tenacity to work with each day, always ready to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues alike. His favorite car is the Mercedes-Benz AMG® GT 63, an iconic fusion of performance and elegance that perfectly mirrors his own blend of charisma and professionalism. Known for building strong relationships and putting people first, Carson is more than just a salesperson. He is a trusted advisor, a passionate brand ambassador, and someone who truly lives up to the Mercedes-Benz standard of excellence. With a bright future ahead, Carson continues to grow, learn, and lead, both in the showroom and beyond.

Seamus “The Guy With The Bow Tie” joined us in 2026 at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian and has over 7 years of automotive sale experience.  Seamus grew up in a small town in Merrimack, NH where he enlisted in the Army National Guard at the young age of 17.  Upon leaving the military, Seamus went on to pursue his passion for completive lifting in Powerlifting and world Strongman. He dedicated 10 years as a personal trainer and fitness director to stay around the sport and build his customer relations and overall impeccable customer service skills.  In 2019 Seamus turn his focus onto automotive sales with Toyota, Ford, and Lincoln. He created a brand name “Guy with the Bow Tie” and broke Multiple sales record and achieved 2800 vehicles sold in 7 years. His passion for building long lasting customer relationships is truly evident in his approach and he comes with a high recommendation from all his customers. He truly makes car buying fun as his customers put it. He made the move down to Richmond Viriginia for his family, where he can have a better work life balance and for overall better weather.

Outside of breaking records, Seamus focuses most of his time with his beautiful wife, daughter and son being the best dad and devoted husband. His family is truly his strength to his continues success. “I couldn’t have achieved all I have done without the support of my loving wife and amazing kids cheering me on.”

Michael Sharper is a Sales & Leasing Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. As a proud U.S. military veteran, he is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find the perfect Mercedes-Benz to fit their lifestyle. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends and giving back to his community. His dedication, integrity, and commitment to serving others make him a valued member of the Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian team.

Sana is a proud William & Mary graduate who believes buying a car should be just as enjoyable as driving one. Whether you’re looking for your next daily driver or your dream ride, she is here to make the process easy, honest, and fun.

Outside the showroom, she is a huge music enthusiast with an encyclopedic knowledge of just about every genre. She is well-traveled, always planning her next adventure, and never passes up a great book. She loves all things creative—from art and design to weird, bold fashion that makes a statement.

Adam Fredrick has been part of the automotive industry since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of experience and dedication to Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. As one of our lot attendants, Adam takes pride in keeping our inventory organized and presentation-ready while helping ensure the dealership runs smoothly each day. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, their two dogs, and his three grandchildren. His strong work ethic, experience, and friendly personality make him a valued member of the Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian team.

Mia is one of the friendly faces who welcomes guests to Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service while supporting both clients and the dealership team. In addition to her front desk role, she also assists with the dealership’s social media presence. Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and making memories with her dog. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree while continuing to grow her career.
