Impeccable customer service from the moment I drove into the service bay. Very well organized operation - I was in and out within 15 min (including a loaner for the day). I also asked them to have a look at some scratches all along the passenger side and see what their person could do to buff them out. They called and gave me the quote and when I picked up the car the car looked completely brand new.
Service team is friendly, professional and goes out of their way to create a positive experience.

Top notch MB dealership! Took in my MB Sprinter van for a check engine light. Fixed it plus 2 recalls taken care of while I waited less than two hours. Nicole in the service department was very helpful and friendly. Biggest surprise was, because of an extended emissions warranty ( which I was unaware of) it cost nothing. I know it’s tempting to go to a non MB shop to save money, but the peace of mind knowing it’s done right is priceless. Highly recommended!
