Seamus was the consummate car sales person in purchasing my new 2026 Mercedes GLC. I loved his low key approach and his affable personality. He is such an upbeat and really all around cool guy who made us laugh and smile. It was a pure joy to work with him. He went out of his way to make us feel important. You will want too buy two Mercedes!!!
Came in to look at a used vehicle wasn’t ready to buy, but after being shown the GLC 300 combining luxury and comfort I was sold. It ended up being 10 o’clock at night, but I left Happie. I left her and It wasn’t a sales experience overall. Go see Seamus the bowtie guy if you feel like you want a great car buying experience with no pressure. You can’t miss him.

Impeccable customer service from the moment I drove into the service bay. Very well organized operation - I was in and out within 15 min (including a loaner for the day). I also asked them to have a look at some scratches all along the passenger side and see what their person could do to buff them out. They called and gave me the quote and when I picked up the car the car looked completely brand new.
Service team is friendly, professional and goes out of their way to create a positive experience.
Dealership experience was smooth and efficient. They moved quickly and honored their word. I didn’t feel pressure nor dismissed like some other places. Truly enjoyed the experience! We were traveling and the van gave us just 5 more starts, we got an appointment for the next morning and they took us right in and quickly got the issue fixed. They worked very hard to get us back on the road.

Top notch MB dealership! Took in my MB Sprinter van for a check engine light. Fixed it plus 2 recalls taken care of while I waited less than two hours. Nicole in the service department was very helpful and friendly. Biggest surprise was, because of an extended emissions warranty ( which I was unaware of) it cost nothing. I know it’s tempting to go to a non MB shop to save money, but the peace of mind knowing it’s done right is priceless. Highly recommended!

I drove my vehicle in unexpectedly because of battery issues. I did not have to wait, and the service department processed my car for repair and I left it there to be picked up after the service was completed.

The dealership, Viktoriya (my sales person) and the vehicle were exactly what I would have expected; however, what is making me right the review is how they exceeded my expectations! I got the car home and the next day found an issue, one that I felt should be remedied if a certified preowned. I contacted the Sales Manager and the Salesperson. Both were understanding and immediately promised to fix the issue to my expectations. Within 48 hours, service was arranged and completed. Any dealer can sell a vehicle, how they stand behind what they sell is what will take me back to MB of Midlothian
