Employee Spotlight: Alan Mansfield
Meet Alan Mansfield! He has been part of our team for four amazing years and is currently a Service Advisor. Helping people drives him, and he’ll never forget the time the team went the extra mile for a couple whose car broke down on their way to cancer treatment. Our team stayed late and got them back on the road, ensuring they made their appointment the next day. Their gratitude meant the world to him. His favorite part of working in the automotive industry is that it’s constantly changing, never stagnant.
Outside work, he’s all about family time, exploring the outdoors, and crafting with wood and metal. His favorite Mercedes-Benz model is the AMG® E 63s Wagon because it’s speedy, elegant, practical, and sounds fantastic!

Alan is a wonderful Service Manager. Always greets you with a smile. I was upset on getting service and somewhat took it out on him. He listened and did not come back with a negative comment. Because of his actions, I had no choice but to apologize!!. Great Service!!!
