Employee Spotlight: Ben and Casey

In our second edition of Employee Spotlights, we have Ben Taliaferro and Casey Rumburg. They have both been promoted several times within our company, and we are grateful for having them on our team.

Meet Ben Taliaferro! He began his journey with us in July 2017 as a lot attendant and quickly climbed the ladder to become our inventory manager in 2019. He was recently promoted to Mercedes-Benz Sales and Leasing Advisor. He is grateful for the support from our management team, who helped him build confidence in his roles at our company.

Ben is a passionate photographer with a special love for capturing the beauty of cars – a passion that initially led him to his lot attendant role! He also enjoys golf, staying active at the gym, gaming, and spending time with his closest friends.

His all-time favorite Mercedes-Benz model will forever be the C 63 AMG® Black Series. We believe Ben will excel in his new sales role and are excited to witness his continued growth.

Meet Casey! With seven years of experience as a Parts Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, she has cultivated a growth mindset and mastered attention to detail while tailoring her approach to diverse customer needs. Without a background in automotive parts, she swiftly grasped the industry’s intricacies and is now a key asset within our Parts team.

She enjoys watching “That’s 70’s Show” and lives by the quote, “We are all works in progress, enjoy the ride, and laugh a little.” She is also a soon-to-be mom!

Casey’s favorite Mercedes-Benz model is the G-Class. She says it’s one of the most challenging models to find parts for but loves how rare and different it is from other vehicles in the market.
