Employee Spotlight: Natalie Byrd

Meet Natalie Byrd, our receptionist at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, who has been here for 17 incredible years! From scheduling appointments to being the welcoming face at our reception desk, she’s all about making our customers happy and feel at home. Beyond work, Natalie leads a ministry feeding 200 homeless every 4th Saturday at her church. Known for her great fashion sense, Natalie’s hobby is hunting for deals on unique pieces. Natalie’s favorite Mercedes-Benz models are the GLE and SL. Let’s applaud Natalie for her dedication at work and for making a difference in the community!
