Employee Spotlight: Tink and Scott

We proudly present Tink Doyle and Scott Lambert in this month’s employee highlights. Tink and Scott are both extremely passionate about the automotive industry and have dedicated their life’s work to it.

Meet Scott Lambert! He has been at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian for six years and is currently a Service Advisor.

Scott believes our team’s greatest strength lies in its members sharing a common goal: to assist others and ensure that vehicle servicing and repairs are executed seamlessly and accurately on the first attempt.

He is a long-time automotive enthusiast who began trade school for automobile paint and bodywork when he was 15. Shortly after, he was awarded an apprenticeship at Mercedes-Benz in Germany.

His favorite Mercedes-Benz Model is the W212 E 63s. His hobbies include motorsports and spending time with his wife of 20 years and two daughters.

Meet Tink Doyle! Tink has been a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian for four years. Initially hesitant about joining the automotive industry, Tink soon discovered it was her true calling. She values not having to sit behind a desk, being outdoors, and improving her customer’s car-buying experiences.

Honesty has been her compass, guiding her through an impressive 28-year career. Former customers, spanning 15-20 years, still turn to Tink for advice, regardless of the brand in question.

Tink had two shorty Irish Jack Russells (one recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge) and a horse named Rio.

She loves the larger Mercedes-Benz models, especially the GLE 63S.
